Meditation saved my life
How many times have you read that you should meditate and that it’s good for you? Yeah, A LOT. I spent a decade dabbling in different meditation practices, and even had beautiful photos taken of me sitting outside in a park 'meditating', without me actually ever doing so in my own time.
Then I hit a wall, ran out of options and decided to try once more - but this time for real. I went all in, with the intention of turning meditation into my most important and treasured habit. It literally saved my life. And it helped me recover from addiction.
